Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Commercial Loan Servicing "Loan Account Management" Department. This includes the processes around loan booking to the servicing system, monthly billing, adjustable rate mortgage management, casualty loss claims processing, and reserve draws. The Manager has overall responsibility for the timeliness and accuracy of the work. Responsible for the relationship management of two external vendors to include process review/improvement, performance management, data and invoice reconciliation. Develops, recommends, negotiates and implements operational practices, policies, processes and services. Participates in long-term strategic planning for the business unit as well as for capital expenditures and/or production /service improvements. Determines unit structure and resource allocation. Oversees staff training and development. Develops methods to control and improve costs. Interfaces with members of Senior Management, internal and external Customers, and vendors. Manages the control environment to ensure compliance to required federal regulations, procedures, and quality of output.
Responsible for team member development, talent management and succession planning. Position has two supervisors and approx 16 fte.
